Through personal stories and thoughtful insights, Julia reveals how the act of “garimpar” (the search for hidden treasures) is not simply about finding beautiful things, but about connecting with the people, traditions and emotions that give them meaning.

The talk will be introduced by Antonio Tomazini, Co-Manager of Solo Studios. Born in Brazil and deeply in love with South Africa, Antonio has called this country home for many years.
